The key here is that Namie City is OUTSIDE the "exclusion zone" - or the area that the Japanese government is telling people is dangerously radiated. Apparently Namie City was supposed to be a safe area.  I wonder what else our governments have been lying about.  Could it be that the levels of radiation reaching North America could be harmful to our health down the line?
