Rubber bullets & pepper spray in Denver, enforcement of an unconstitutional curfew in Nashville - just another day for OWS.

On a side note, the very idea of a permit to demonstrate goes contrary to our right to free speech/assembly in the First Amendment. The Bill of Rights were written to restrict the government's authority - hence the phrase "Congress shall make no law..."
