Congressional Notification Amendment Removed from S.1867

Tonight the congressional oversight amendment was removed from this already horrific National Defense Authorization Act.  This bill is getting worse as time goes on.  It seems the only reason they have delayed it so long is to rip apart any semblance of checks and balances within the bill.
