This is exactly why the Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act is so dangerous. Here we have the media trying to push the idea that this D.C. shooter was somehow inspired by "radical" political thought - thus associating alternative political ideologies with violence.
It's also very telling that the corporate media has been pretty silent about the fact that he has an "Israel" tattoo on the back of his neck. The tattoo has nothing to do with the state of Israel, but you have to believe that if it said "Muhammad" or "Palestine" or "Iran" instead, the media would be having a field day with it.
Plus - Mr. Ortega must be a pretty good shot since Obama was in Hawaii at the time of the shooting.
