UK Back Bid to Overturn Ban on Cluster Bombs

Link to article

Cluster bombs are such an inhumane weapon (honestly - is there really a weapon that's humane?).  These things routinely do not explode on impact, but rather leave minefields of unexploded "bomblets" behind that can go off at random.  The United States has used these in both Afghanistan and Iraq and Cynthia McKinney has pointed out that they are even painted the same color with the same lettering as the food packets the US drops in both countries.  How is a child supposed to know the difference between the two when they can not read English?
