Homeland Battlefield Act Portion Found Unconstitutional by New York Judge

It's about time the draconian NDAA makes front page news on the Huffington Post. How liberals can support a president who thinks it's ok to lock up ANYONE (let alone American citizens) without a trial is beyond me.
