The headline isn't interesting.  What is interesting is this:

"At one point during the hearing, a woman seated in the courtroom jumped up and said she had 'information vital to the defence' of Holmes, and that defence attorneys would not speak with her. The judge had her escorted out of the hearing by deputies."

Is this poisoning the well or does this mystery woman have information that proves either a) Holmes is innocent or b) Holmes did not act alone?

This shooter has been linked to the TEA Party by ABC and Occupy by conservatives.  Video games have been blamed as well as movies, too many guns, or not enough guns.  Can we all just agree that this guy is crazy?
