I believe what CBS means is "War Declared on Iran as EU Announces Oil Embargo."  An oil embargo is an act of war - we used this strategy against the Japanese which led to the "surprise" attack at Pearl Harbor.

Also PressTV (Iran's state run television) has been banned in the UK leading many to believe that outright, overt war is imminent.  We in the blogosphere have prevented this war for about six years.  I would be surprised if we make it to seven.
