The NDAA is an all encompassing issue. It negatively affects the first, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth amendments. It concerns the occupy movement and our right to protest, the second amendment debate, the War on Terror, independent journalism, the power of the executive vs. legislative branches, etc.

This should be a big media story right next to the executive authorization to kill with drones and yet it gets minimal coverage outside RUSSIA Today (good, insightful analysis!) and the New York Times (with a few editorials here and there).
