Warrant?  No.  Probable cause?  No.  You would think a constitutional lawyer would no this is a pretty clear cut violation.

I'll be looking for a new cell phone company if this goes through.  Anyone have recommendations?

It's not so much the fact that they want to establish a tiered payment program for Internet use.  It's the fact that they are breaking contracts made with millions of customers if this happens...something we would all pay ridiculous penalties for if the roles were reversed.
