Of couse, JPMorgan Chase isn't the first bank to take heat over wrongfully harassing its customers. Bank of America allegedly called one family more than 400 times demanding they pay a debt that had already been settled, according to AOL Daily Finance. BofA also allegedly threatened a quadriplegic man with foreclosure and eviction over a 10 year period."

I'll be looking for a new cell phone company if this goes through.  Anyone have recommendations?

It's not so much the fact that they want to establish a tiered payment program for Internet use.  It's the fact that they are breaking contracts made with millions of customers if this happens...something we would all pay ridiculous penalties for if the roles were reversed.
