court at Fort Meade, Maryland,
that they had uncovered no specific examples of anyone who had lost his
or her life in reprisals that followed the publication of the
disclosures on the internet. 'I don't have a specific example,' he said."

Dennis Kucinich Furious Pentagon Will Not Allow Him to See PFC Manning

If Private Manning is guilty, the military should have no problem prosecuting him via a civil court. Notice Kucinich mentions that a UN investigator was denied access to him (1:20). Imagine if Iran or Libya had denied the UN access to accused prisoners in their nations?!?
