Former West Virginia Sheriff, County Cleark Plead Guilty to Attempting to Steal Election
Link to article
Some people are willing to steal an election for county sheriff. It would be naive to think no one is trying to steal a presidential election.

Split Court Says Candidates Can Lie

This is why you need to find research candidates on your own. Campaign ads (and I would add corporate media coverage) are the worst sources for truth.

Global Internet Voting Firm Buys US Election Results Reporting Firm
Link to article
This is wrong on so many levels...
#1 - we are outsourcing jobs (granted there aren't many jobs in this field)
#2 - our elections are counted by a private company
#3 - internet voting is more vulnerable to fraud than the election system we use today
#4 - there seems to be a concerted effort to consolidate electoral power into the hands of a few people worldwide
"It's Not the People Who Vote that Count; It's the People Who Count the Votes." - Joseph Stalin (unconfirmed)

Michele Bachmann Has the Spirit of a Psychotic Clown Serial Killer

Is it a prerequisite for our politicians to be stupid? The John Wayne comment is just funny. Great timing there, Ms. Bachmann! (or is that Palin?)

However, as a history teacher & especially as an American I am deeply offended that someone running for the most prestigious position in our country does not know that the Battles of Lexington & Concord happened in Massachusetts! That should disqualify her from running for president. If only Americans were smart...

Rand Paul: "Donald Trump Gave $4800 to Harry Reid, $24,000 to Charlie Rangle"
Skip to 5:30 for the comments by Paul on Trump's campaign contributions. This is more proof that Donald Trump is really entering the race (if he actually does) to split the Republican ticket & allow Obama to have a 2nd term - something he truly does not deserve. You can read more about Donald Trump's duplicity here.

Obama's Trump Card
Link to article
I don't agree with much of this, but I do believe that Trump has thrown his proverbial hat in the ring to implode the Republican Party and allow Obama an easy victory in the 2012 election. Sadly this will probably happen since Americans are not brave enough to choose "none of the above" (a.k.a. - a third party candidate).
